Christians are told to forget the past and move forward. When we are troubled by the past, it prevents us from receiving God’s blessings in our lives. The Bible says that God is always doing something new for our lives and we need to be ready for it.
In the Bible, we learn about Paul. His life was changed by God. He moved forward without remembering his past. He said that when we accept Jesus, we become new creatures. His change is a powerful example.
In the Bible, we see another example in the story of Joseph. He was betrayed by his brothers and faced hardship. But he forgot the past and moved forward. From Joseph’s story, we learn that when we trust in God, God changes situations for our good.
As Christians, we forget the past and cast all our burdens on the Lord and believe that He cares for us. We need to move forward with trust in God.
When we move forward, God prepares new paths for us, so we should move forward and be with God.
