Fellowship with other believers is an important task for all Christians. God has called us to live together and to encourage one another with his word. When we gather in order to have fellowship, we feel God’s presence in us.
The early Christians used to gather together for prayer. They had the same mind when they used to come before the Lord. We are to follow them so that we can have fellowship, which will enlighten our hearts with God’s presence.
This fellowship will help us build faith and form a good relationship among our brothers and sisters. We must take part in this fellowship when we get a chance to attend. Another important thing is that if we do not sit together for fellowship, no one will encourage us.
Jesus also taught his disciples to keep unity so that they could grow in their faith. If we fail to attend the fellowship, we will go far from our faith. This will bring problems in our lives.
We must be ready to have fellowship with others. Since we are the children of God so we need to pray for each other. We can help others to know God through this fellowship.
Now let’s see the Bible scriptures below that talk about fellowship with other believers.
