When things are not going well in our lives, we get discouraged. Such situations happen to each of us. But we must remember that God is with us and will deliver us from this situation.
Many times, we do not understand why we are going through these difficult times. If we look at the Word of God, we will find strength and encouragement to deliver ourselves from such situations. In Job’s life, we see that he faced great hardship. He lost everything: his wealth, family, and even his health. Even amid intense despair, he did not turn his back on God.
He told God everything about himself through prayer and asked for God’s help. We can learn from his life that God is with us even in difficult times in our lives, and He delivers us.
Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” So when things in our lives do not go our way, let us not be discouraged. The more we are discouraged, the further we will distance ourselves from God. We must always remember that God has authority over our lives. He will bring us out of bad times and bless us.
So when we can’t understand why things aren’t going our way in our lives, we can rely on God’s plan. Because He tests us to see how faithful we are before He brings good things into our lives. If we are faithful, He will bless us.
