We the believers need to have the heart of worship to build a smooth and intimate relationship with the Lord.
It does not just mean singing or joining in prayer, but it also means that we should love and be guided by God our Creator. Through worship, we tell God how much we love Him and through it, we tell God the condition of our hearts.
If we think about King David, we will see that despite the many mistakes in his life, he never forgot to praise God. Through his prayers and songs, we see the kind of relationship he had with God that teaches us to have the same relationship.
Jesus also taught us that we should change our minds and worship God with our hearts. He always tried to do the will of the Father and taught us that true worship is obedience and love for God.
We will try to develop a heart of worship that pleases God and through which we will deepen our relationship with God.
