Sharing the Good News is an integral part of our lives. Just as we have been saved by receiving the Good News, we should spread the Good News to others. This gospel is a gift of the Lord that shows the way to heaven to the lost. When we speak of Jesus Christ to others, we should bring those souls into the kingdom of God.
By the gospel, sinners repent and are saved. The disciples of Jesus were filled with the Holy Spirit and went out boldly to preach the good news to the whole world. They have suffered many persecutions in life but have never hesitated to proclaim God’s love and good news to the world. Their bold initiatives encourage us to be bold in our work in evangelization.
Jesus himself went from village to city, preaching the good news. While preaching the gospel, Jesus healed the sick, fed the hungry, and above all gave his life on the cross. He started this work with twelve disciples and now all the people of the world have received the Good News.
While preaching the good news we need to have faith in God that He will change people’s hearts. We can never change a man’s mind but it hurts his heart when he hears God’s word or good news. So sometimes we may not get immediate results in this work but we must remember that the Word of God produces results where it falls.
We will try to do everything we can to promote evangelism. This will be the greatest work that God has called us to do on earth.
